MULTIFOOD

MULTIFOOD has been designed to increase fermentation rates especially when high gravity worts are used and when new high performance mash filters (Meura 2001, Nordon, Landaluce, etc.) are used to obtain these worts. Multifood is a well balanced mixture of vegetal fatty acids (mainly oleic and linoleic acid) sterols and tocoperols as well as mineral salts including zinc chloride. All the components of the mixture are food grade 100% natural and they have not been in contact with any solvent.

BENEFIT	- Increasing fermentation rates. More fermentation cycles. - This product does not impart odour or taste to the beer.

DOSAGE	10-20 ml/Hl of beer.

FOOD GRADE	This product complies with FAO/WHO JECFA and FCC recommended specifications for food grade ingredients.

INGREDIENTS	Food grade mineral salts and vegetal extracts (100% natural no use of solvents or additives), 80% v/v ethanol, 1% vegetal gum.

LABELING	Not necessary (adjunct).

STABILITY	At least one year under cool storage and exclusion of light and oxygen.

AVAILABILITY	Drums of 10, 25 kg (other packaging on demand).
